The weeks leading up to a book release are always a bit hectic. None more so than this year, when in addition to launching a new book in a brand new trilogy – and working on the Merlin movie project – I was also planning and launching a new website and social media strategy. And on top of it all, my dear hometown of Boulder, Colorado was in the midst of the worst flood in decades.

Now that the book is out, the website launched, and my new Instagram, Twitter, and blog site are up and running, you might think I’d have a chance to breathe easy. But now, the fun really begins!

Beginning this week and throughout October and November, I’ll be heading out on tour — of course to promote my new book, and also to have the chance to connect with you face to face! Even though it’s tiring going from city to city, I love meeting all my readers and those of you who encourage readers – educators and parents, especially.

What keeps me going? Passion for this story – and for all of you. How can I not be enthusiastic about sharing with you the creation story of Atlantis? And besides…holding a new book is, for me, like holding a newborn baby – and I look forward to handing that baby to you.

Want to know more about this book? Here’s the trailer:

Here are the dates for the upcoming weeks – and come back next week for more and an update on past events, including some pictures. You never know when you might show up on my blog!

If I’ll be in a city near you, I hope you’ll join me. I’d love to see you and sign your copy of Atlantis Rising!

Hi, I am a middle school learning support teacher who is trying to get my students to read or at least listen to books. I am ordering the Atlantis Rising series and hoping that my students will be exited about them. We have listened to some on tape and was wondering if you have audio books too.

    thanks

      Hello Karen,

Unfortunately, the audiobook version is not yet available. However, I sincerely hope your students will be excited by ‘Atlantis Rising’!

      Best wishes and happy reading,
      T.A.B.
